When I was just 19, I got hit with a health curveball. It shook up my world, but it also woke me up to the power of good food. By choosing healthier food choices, I got my health back on track and started feeling even better than when I was a teenager.

But let's be honest, life gets busy. I had a hard time finding snacks that were quick, tasty, and good for me, especially when I was on the move or gearing up for the next big thing.

This struggle sparked a fire in me. Now, I'm all about helping others find the right snacks, so they can stress less and spend more time doing what they love. I want to make eating well something that's easy and natural, not a chore. So here's to less worry, more living, and plenty of delicious, healthy snacks along the way.

KJS began in April 2020 and is located in beautiful Bozeman Montana. Realizing there was a gap in natural ingredient foods and amazing taste, we knew you needed an option that was exceptional! We are committed to bringing you a snack that breaks down the belief that you have to sacrifice taste for nutrition.
